Cindy Stankiewicz

EEO Program Specialist

Cynthia K. Stankiecz has been the Program Analyst for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Cleveland District Office since 1999. Prior to 1999, Cindy was an EEOC Senior Investigator, who investigated complex class, pattern, and practice cases including glass-ceiling cases. She began working for EEOC as an investigator in 1979. Cindy served two terms as the chairperson of the Federal Women's Program Council of the Cleveland Federal Executive Board, and is also a graduate of the Cleveland Community Leadership Institute of Cleveland LEP (Limited English Proficiency) Partnership Group. Prior to joining EEOC, Cindy was a compliance officer for the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage Hour Division. Cindy has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Cleveland State University.
