The Professional Administrative Support Services (PASS) program will start April 10 at Columbus State Community College.
The 12-week program, which began two years ago, enhances the math, communications, computer, problem-solving and organization skills needed in administrative and clerical support positions throughout state government.
Limited seating also is available for county and local government employees. Eighty employees from 18 state agencies graduated from PASS during the past year.
Tuition is $375. Reimbursement
for employees exempt from bargaining units is available through the Exempt
Professional Development Event Fund.
The PASS program also will be offered at Wright
State University beginning Sept. 4.
