Employment Processing implements
new technology

The HRD Office of Employment Processing enhanced its services during the biennium by further incorporating technology.

Several more tests are now administered electronically. Other new technology includes a job analysis tool posted on the Web site that agencies can download to aid them when developing tests and determining position-specific minimum qualifications.
