The DAS Equal Opportunity Division is at work on a follow-up training to the EEO Officers Retreat held in February. The focus of this training opportunity, which is slated for the fall, will be investigative techniques, ethics and liability.
This session will educate EEO professionals about how to accurately document information gathered during the investigative process. These investigative reports are public documents normally containing findings about alleged discriminatory acts.
The goal of EOD is to standardize the manner in which investigative reports are prepared. This should further ensure that reports contain relevant and accurate information.
