Youths join DAS at
work
-- DAS Office
of Employee Services, August 2003
About 65 youths gained
a glimpse of the world of work Aug. 7 when DAS participated in Bring Your
Daughters and Sons To Work Day, a national event aimed to introduce 9-
to 15-year-olds to the workplace and allow them to see the diverse job
opportunities available to both women and men.
The youths assisted
with a variety of tasks, including paying bills and ordering toner.
