Welcome to the OIT Service Usage Management System (SUMS). This system allows OIT customers to view and track their IT usage and cost. Users will have access to run detailed reports at multiple levels from the agency level to the job number. SUMS also gives customers the ability to print duplicate invoices. For internal customers associated with state agencies, boards and commissions who have an existing ODNNT account: https://sums1.oit.ohio.gov/.
Each agency must identify an Access Manager for SUMS. To gain access to SUMS, users must be authorized and complete the Security Request Form (.doc). Once completed, the form should be submitted to their agency authorized Access Manager who will forward the information to the OIT Business Office for processing.
