Project Success Center

The Project Success Center (PSC) is the state of Ohio IT project management office. The primary objective of the Project Success Center is to increase IT project management maturity across the state, and the PSC is responsible for the following:   

• Management of the state of Ohio IT project methodology (the Project Management Community of Practice or PMCOP). 

• Management of large enterprise IT projects for OIT.

• The Project Partnering program, which is an effort to improve the success rate of large IT projects by assisting agency and vendor project management with IT governance-related activities.
