This unit provides recruitment and consultation services to state agencies, employees & job applicants.
- Market & promote career opportunities in Ohio state government through print media, internet job postings, and participation in recruitment
- Assist agencies with a variety of recruitment needs including applicant sourcing/screening and posting “hard-to-fill” positions to national internet job board
- Facilitate by-monthly workshops for job seekers on the state of Ohio's employment and application process
- Collaborate with agencies to diagnose and evaluate recruitment/retention issues and develop strategies to overcome them.
