The ELM support page is designed to provide support and guidance in the use of ELM for users at all levels. The resources contained on this web page are designed to assist ELM users of with all aspects of learning management.

Information contained on this page includes:

Whats New in ELM?

LMS Project Update: 

As part of the OAKSenterprise project, the State of Ohio is pleased to announce that Oracle Taleo (Tah-lay-oh) software has been chosen as the Learning Management system (LMS) that will replace the current OAKS Enterprise Learning Management System (ELM). 

The project replacing OAKS ELM is tentatively scheduled to begin in the fall of 2017.

Future updates will be posted as they become available.

ELM Agency Administrators

ELM Agency Administrators job aids are designed for individuals within the agency who are responsible for maintaining the agencies learning content (i.e. creating catalog items and activities, enrolling learners maintaining rosters, running queries and reports) as well as monitoring user access to information and maintaining user transcripts.

ELM Reports

Lead Ohio Foundations of Supervision Report

This report allows the user to input their 3 digit agency code and view a report of the status of all employees in the Foundations of Supervision program in their agency.

Lead Ohio Inspirational Leaders Report

This report allows the user to input their 3 digit agency code and view a report of the status of all employees in the Inspirational Leaders program in their agency.

 

ELM Request Forms

ELM Security Access Request (Production)                 Instructions

The Production area of ELM is the environment that is visible to end users.This form is used to request a new role for an individual in ELM (i.e. Agency Administrator, Instructor, Enroll Learner, etc) in the ELM production Environment.

 

ELM Security Access Request (Non-Production)          Instructions

The Non-Production area of ELM is the environment that is used by ELM Administrators to test information before it is made available to the end user in the Production environment. It is commonly referred to as the "QA" environment. This form is used to request a new role for an individual in ELM (i.e. Agency Administrator, Instructor, Enroll Learner, etc) in the ELM Non-Production Environment.

Learning Resource Request                                       Instructions

This form is used to request the creation of a new Resource within ELM (i.e. adding a facility, room, equipment, material).


Create Learner Group Request                                   Instructions

Learner Groups are created to group individuals into a specific learning environment (i.e. All Managers or by Agency). This form is used to request the creation of a new Learner Group within ELM.
