

The Ohio IT Staff Augmentation Services Contract is used by the State and other public-sector organizations as the preferred method for procuring hourly time and material resources. Computer Aid Inc. (CAI) is the full-service Managed Service Provider responsible for overseeing all service delivery activities for the staff augmentation contract, including:
- Agency consultation
- Vendor response management and performance oversight
- Candidate evaluation and validation
- Interview facilitation
- Invoice processing
- Help desk support
