Ohio Business Gateway
The Ohio Business Gateway Program Director operates
from the Digital Ohio Offices. The Ohio
Business Gateway (OBG) is a web-based application
designed to permit businesses to file and pay
various taxes and fees with several Ohio agencies
in one location.
Reporting to the OBG Steering Committee, the
OBG Program Director is responsible for overseeing
the strategic development, marketing, and operation
of OBG. The OBG Steering Committee was established
by Ohio Revised Code section 5703.57.
Since going into production in January of 2002,
the OBG has been an important part of Ohio’s
Digital Government strategy by providing a time
saving method for business to interact with state
government electronically, 24 hours a day.
